Cancellation Policy

🚫 Cancellation & No-Show Policy – NextGen Detailing At NextGen Detailing, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To keep our schedule fair for all clients, we require the following: Deposits: A 5% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your service but is non-refundable after one week before the appointment. Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a 25% cancellation fee of the total service price. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, a 25% no-show fee of the total service price will be charged. Payment Policy A card on file is required to book. If payment isn’t received within 24 hours after service, the card will be automatically charged for the full amount. We appreciate your understanding—these policies ensure we can serve all clients fairly and maintain the quality of our service.
