Cancellation Policy

🚫 Cancellation & No-Show Policy – NextGen Detailing At NextGen Detailing, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To keep our schedule fair for all clients, we require the following: Deposits: A 5% deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your service but is non-refundable in the event of a late cancellation or no-show. Cancellations: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a 25% cancellation fee of the total service price. No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment without notice, a 25% no-show fee of the total service price will be charged. We appreciate your understanding—these policies ensure we can serve all clients fairly and maintain the quality of our service.
